Damage During shipping:
Our record is exceptional when it comes to frames being delivered without damage, however, with any fragile piece, it does occur. If your diploma frame arrives damaged, simply contact us at 1-800-633-0579 and we will arrange to have a replacement sent to you as soon as possible.
Return Policy:
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our products, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your frame and we will arrange to have your purchase replaced, exchanged or refund the amount of the frame(s) to you excluding shipping charges. Customized frames are non-refundable.
Shipping:
We use FedEx ground to ship our frames within the 48 contiguous states. Expedited and international shipping available (Additional Shipping charges apply).
